The State Ministry of Health with support from MNCH2 UNICEF, W4H, and BMGF domesticated the National Strategic Health Development Plan II (NSHDPII) through the development of the SSHDPII (2017-2021) in August 2017. The SSHDPII is a five year Kano State Health sector plan that includes all partner supported activities. The programme provided funding and technical support for this exercise.
