The programme supported the set-up of FHC Alliance across all supported health facilities in the state. FHC Alliances coordinate bodies of all FHCs in their various LGAs with a view to empowering FHCs to effectively monitor and support the delivery of MNCH services in Kaduna State. The FHC Alliance is seen as one of the most effective ways of strengthening the accountability chain for MNCH services from the community, through the LGA up to the state.
